Panthera HubSpot - Into HubSpot
Is there an official Panthera + HubSpot integration?
No. Neither HubSpot nor Sisthema publishes a Panthera app, and the one result a HubSpot App Marketplace search for Panthera returns is a generic ERP connector from another developer, as of September 2026. The route we recommend is a custom API integration over the Web Services connector Sisthema lists for Panthera, at 70 to 150 build hours, scoped from the documentation Sisthema gives registered Panthera customers.

Why teams connect Panthera to HubSpot
Panthera is the ERP Sisthema builds for Italian industry. Its site describes thirty years of experience in industrial sectors behind it, production planning with MPS and MRP, and editions for tiles, textiles and jewellery, and six of the nine sectors it lists are manufacturing industries. It is written in Java, runs entirely in a browser, and is sold both on premises and as Panthera SaaS.
A manufacturer on Panthera that sells abroad through a HubSpot team meets a familiar gap. Quotes, orders and invoices live in Panthera, while the people selling to new accounts work in a CRM that cannot see them. Panthera has CRM and marketing functions of its own, including a module for sales agents, so connecting HubSpot makes sense when the sales and marketing team already runs on it and the ERP should feed it rather than replace it.
The facts an integration needs sit behind a login. Sisthema publicly lists a Web Services connector for Panthera, beside EDI and bulk loading, but documents Panthera only to its registered customers, through a library of module guides and technical documentation in the reserved area of the Panthera site. Nothing public says which protocol the connector speaks or how it authenticates, so this page assumes neither. A HubSpot project starts by getting those guides into discovery, because the public pages say what the connectors are, not how they are called.
What syncs
Four objects carry the value. Customers become HubSpot companies, customer quotes become deals, and sales orders and invoices land on custom objects associated to the company. That split keeps the pipeline in HubSpot honest: a deal follows the quote, and the order that results sits beside it rather than inside it.
Keys come from Panthera, never from names. A customer keys on its Panthera code, held in a custom HubSpot property. Quotes, orders and invoices key on their document numbers scoped by company and year, so that numbering which restarts for a new year or a second company can never merge two documents.
Everything moves one way in a first build. Panthera owns the customer, the price and every document, so HubSpot shows them read only. A write back, such as a won deal creating a customer in Panthera, waits until the Web Services documentation confirms how writes are made and validated.
| | | Direction | Match key | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Clienti (customers) | Company | Into HubSpot | The customer's Panthera code, held in a custom HubSpot property | |
| Offerte cliente (customer quotes) | Deal | Into HubSpot | The quote's document number, scoped by company and year | The deal follows the quote until it becomes an order. |
| Ordini (sales orders) | Custom object | Into HubSpot | The order's document number, scoped by company and year | |
| Fatture (invoices) | Custom object | Into HubSpot | The invoice's document number, scoped by company and year |
Architecture
The expected shape is a polling sync over the Web Services connector, pending Sisthema’s documentation. A service calls the connector on a schedule, reads customers, quotes, orders and invoices changed since its last run where the connector allows a change filter, and upserts them into HubSpot as batches keyed on Panthera’s codes, followed by a separate association pass. Where the connector has no change filter, the service compares each record with a fingerprint it stored on the last run, so only real changes reach HubSpot.
State lives in the service: the last good run per object and a replay endpoint that re-reads one object on demand. On Panthera SaaS the connector is the only route, because the Panthera site’s explanation of SaaS rules out direct database access for the customer’s staff. On an installation you host, the service runs where it can reach the Panthera server.

Three ways to connect
What decides the route here is the Web Services documentation. Until it is read, nobody can say which protocol the connector uses, how it authenticates, which objects it exposes or whether it can filter by change date.
The deployment matters as well. On Panthera SaaS the connector is the only way in, because the customer’s staff get no direct access to the database, and on an installation you host, discovery settles where a service can run to reach the Panthera server.
Once the guides are read, a service we build is the route we would take on either deployment, and it can carry a write back later if the connector accepts writes. The HubSpot App Marketplace has no Panthera app to try first: the one result for the name is a generic ERP connector from another developer.

Custom API integration
RecommendedSisthema lists Web Services among Panthera's connectors, and the Panthera site gives registered customers its technical guides, so a service we build against that documentation is the route we plan around, pending what the guides say about each object.
-
Marketplace app
AvoidThe only HubSpot App Marketplace result for Panthera is a generic ERP connector from another developer, not an app named for Panthera, and nothing in it is specific to Panthera's object model.
What breaks and how we prevent it
Guides behind the reserved area
Panthera’s technical documentation is published to registered customers, not to the open web. A design written from the public pages alone would guess at the connector. We ask your team to register in the first week and share the Web Services guides before any mapping is written.
No database route on SaaS
On Panthera SaaS the customer’s staff get no direct access to the database. A plan that assumes SQL views fails at the first connection attempt. We confirm the deployment on the first call and plan around the connector either way.
Quotes counted twice in the pipeline
A quote that becomes an order can show up twice in HubSpot if both are mapped to deals. We map quotes to deals and orders to a custom object associated to the deal, so a won quote never inflates the forecast.
A cumulative release that shifts fields
Panthera is updated through periodic cumulative releases, each with a guide in the reserved area. A release that changes what the connector returns can break a mapping without raising an error. We read each cumulative’s guide before it is installed, and reconcile counts against Panthera after it, before the next scheduled run.
Our approach
- Scope. The first call covers the Panthera version, SaaS or on premises, and access to the reserved area’s Web Services guides.
- Architect. We fix the objects, the keys, the change detection and the direction of each object, then write the mapping in English.
- Build. The service is written against a test company, with a HubSpot portal allowlist in place from the first commit.
- Validate. We reload every object into a HubSpot sandbox and reconcile counts and open quote totals against Panthera.
- Operate. We watch the run history, keep the replay endpoint ready and re-check the mapping after each Panthera cumulative release.
Common questions
Is there a Panthera ERP app in the HubSpot App Marketplace?
No. A HubSpot App Marketplace search for Panthera returns one result, a generic ERP connector from another developer whose name does not include Panthera. Neither HubSpot nor Sisthema publishes a Panthera app, so a connection between the two is a build scoped from Sisthema's documentation.
Who makes Panthera ERP now?
Sisthema S.p.A., based in Milan. Panthera's own site calls it an ERP solution of Sisthema, and describes Sisthema as the competence centre for ERP made in Italy within Var Group. The Panthera logo on that site reads Panthera by Var Group, which is why buyers meet both names.
Where is Panthera's technical documentation?
In the reserved area of the Panthera site, open only to registered Panthera customers, with module guides, notes for each cumulative release and technical guides. Sisthema names the Web Services connector publicly but documents it there, so its protocol and authentication are not public. Registration is free for Panthera users, and your team can share the relevant guides with us during discovery.
Can a HubSpot integration read Panthera's database directly?
Not on Panthera SaaS. The Panthera site's explanation of its SaaS model says the customer's staff get no direct access to the database and work through the application's security instead. On an installation you host yourself, database access is a question for discovery, and the Web Services connector is the route we plan around.
What does a Panthera ERP and HubSpot integration take?
Plan on 10 to 20 hours of discovery and 70 to 150 hours of build for customers, quotes, orders and invoices with watermarks and reconciliation. The band assumes the Web Services documentation from Sisthema's reserved area confirms those objects. If it does not, discovery says so before the build is priced.
How current is Panthera data in HubSpot?
As current as the schedule agreed in discovery. The service calls the Web Services connector on a timer and, where the connector can filter by change date, reads only what changed since its last good run. Nothing public says whether it can filter that way or send events, so the schedule is set once Sisthema's guides are read and a full read has been timed.
How does a Panthera sync keep a quote from becoming two HubSpot deals?
Only quotes become deals. Orders land on a custom object associated to the deal, so a won quote and its order never count twice in the pipeline. Every record is a batch upsert keyed on Panthera's own code or document number, scoped by company and year, so a run repeated after a failure updates the same records, and a replay endpoint re-reads one object on demand.

How we build
- Sandbox first. We build and test in a sandbox before anything reaches production.
- Fail-closed allowlists. An integration runs only against the HubSpot accounts it is approved for.
- Least-privilege access. Each integration gets only the API scopes it needs.
- Secrets in a vault. Keys and tokens live in a secrets vault, never in plain text.
- Sensitive data scoped early. Discovery covers sensitive data, access controls and any BAA or data-processing needs.
- A compliance package for regulated industries: audit logging, field-level encryption and sensitive-data handling.
