Is there an official TeamSystem + HubSpot integration?
No. TeamSystem has no app in the HubSpot App Marketplace as of September 2026, and the result its search ranks first is a generic ERP connector from another developer. The route we recommend is a custom integration, built on the access TeamSystem or its partner grants for TeamSystem Enterprise, or on Danea Easyfatt's documented XML exchange, at 70 to 150 build hours.

Why teams connect TeamSystem to HubSpot
TeamSystem is an Italian software group based in Pesaro, serving small and mid-sized companies and professional firms, and more than 500 million electronic invoices pass through its platforms each year. Its organization page names Denmark, Spain and Albania as its markets outside Italy. So a North American group is most likely to meet TeamSystem through an Italian subsidiary or parent that runs its accounts and electronic invoicing on it, while the group’s sales and marketing run on HubSpot.
The ask follows from that split. The group wants the Italian customers, orders and invoices visible in the same HubSpot portal as everyone else’s. It wants a deal won in HubSpot to become an order the Italian office can invoice, without anyone retyping it into a system whose screens and documentation are in Italian.
TeamSystem is a family of products, and the route depends on which one the Italian entity runs. TeamSystem Enterprise is the modular ERP, and TeamSystem’s old Alyante address now opens its page. Danea Easyfatt is invoicing, stock and sales software used by more than 100,000 Italian businesses, published under TeamSystem’s Danea brand. The documentation differs as sharply as the products. Easyfatt publishes its exchange formats openly, in Italian. TeamSystem’s development portal asks for a sign-in before it shows anything.
What syncs
For Easyfatt, four records carry the value, and the table uses Easyfatt’s own document names. Products move into HubSpot from Easyfatt’s product file. Invoices move into HubSpot on a custom object associated to the company. Customers and orders move the other way: a closed won deal becomes an Easyfatt customer order, and the customer fields on that order are how Easyfatt finds or creates the customer record.
That makes the customer key Easyfatt’s rules rather than ours. Easyfatt matches an incoming order on its customer code or, when the order carries no code, on the customer’s web login, a field Easyfatt uses for e-commerce customers that has no counterpart in HubSpot. When neither is sent, or neither finds a record, it tries the fiscal code, VAT number and email, plus the PEC address when a code or login was sent, and creates a new customer only when nothing matches. So we store the Easyfatt customer code on the HubSpot company once it exists, send a checked VAT number every time, and carry the HubSpot deal id in one of the order’s custom note fields so every order traces back.
TeamSystem Enterprise holds the same kinds of record, customers, orders, items and electronic invoices, under names and access terms we confirm with the partner in discovery.
| | | Direction | Match key | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Customer fields on an Easyfatt document | Company | Out of HubSpot | Easyfatt customer code, then VAT number or fiscal code | Easyfatt matches on the customer code, or the web login when no code is sent, then falls back to tax codes and email. |
| Customer order, Easyfatt document type C | Deal | Out of HubSpot | Order number, with the HubSpot deal id in a custom note field | A closed won deal becomes an order confirmation that Easyfatt downloads. |
| Product | Product | Into HubSpot | Product code | Easyfatt sends the whole catalogue or only what changed since its last send. |
| Invoice, Easyfatt document type I | Custom object | Into HubSpot | Invoice number with its numbering, associated to the company on the customer code | Exported as Easyfatt-Xml from Easyfatt's documents section. |
Architecture
For Easyfatt, the shape is a small exchange service that Easyfatt calls, not the other way round. Easyfatt posts its product file to an address we give it, as a multipart upload of XML, either complete or incremental, and treats any reply other than OK as an error. Its order download calls a second address with an HTTP GET, optionally with a date range and an order number range, and reads back an Easyfatt-Xml file of documents. Both calls authenticate with the web server’s Basic, NTLM or Digest login, or with a header carrying the same credentials.
The service stores each product file, hashes it so a repeat changes nothing, and batch upserts HubSpot products on the product code. For orders, it writes won deals as customer orders, logs which numbers Easyfatt has taken, and serves only new ones. Invoices come back as Easyfatt-Xml exports from the documents section and load onto the custom object. For TeamSystem Enterprise the same service reads whatever access the partner grants, with the same keys, replay log and reconciliation.

Three ways to connect
The deciding factor is which TeamSystem product the Italian entity runs, and in which edition. On Easyfatt, the documented exchange is the route, and Danea offers it in the Enterprise One and Enterprise editions, the ones it says can integrate with e-commerce solutions. The specifications are public, if only in Italian. Both transfers start from Easyfatt’s own functions, so freshness follows how often the office runs them.
On TeamSystem Enterprise, nothing is public enough to scope from, so the route waits on the partner, and the build then follows the usual keyed ERP pattern. An iPaaS is a poor fit for either, because Easyfatt expects to call a web service that answers in its own XML, and there is no marketplace app to fall back on.
-
Custom integration
RecommendedA small exchange service answers Easyfatt's documented calls, taking its product file and serving won deals as orders, and the same keyed service reads TeamSystem Enterprise once the partner has granted access.
-
iPaaS
AvoidEasyfatt pulls orders with an HTTP GET and expects an XML document back, and pushes products as a file upload expecting a plain OK, which is a small web service to host rather than a recipe to configure.
-
Marketplace app
AvoidNothing in the HubSpot App Marketplace is named for TeamSystem, and the generic ERP connector its search ranks first does not name TeamSystem either.
What breaks and how we prevent it
A full catalogue send that deletes
When Easyfatt sends its complete product list, its specification says every product missing from the file should be removed, while anything added on the receiving side must survive a full send. We archive the missing HubSpot products rather than delete them, and never overwrite properties that only HubSpot holds.
Anything but OK is an error
Easyfatt shows any response other than OK to the user as an error. A service that replies before it has stored the file, or that returns a status page, confuses the office. We store and hash the file first, reply with the bare OK, and log the transfer for replay.
Customers matched on tax codes
When an order carries no customer code or web login that Easyfatt knows, it falls back to the fiscal code, VAT number and email, and creates a new customer when none match, so a typo in a VAT number can split one customer in two. We validate the number before sending and store the code Easyfatt assigns.
VAT codes Easyfatt must already know
Easyfatt’s order format requires each VAT code and payment type to exist already in Easyfatt’s own tables, so a HubSpot deal cannot simply pass its tax rate through. We map HubSpot tax and payment values to Easyfatt’s codes in a table agreed with the office, and hold any order that fails the mapping.
Documentation behind a TeamSystem sign-in
TeamSystem’s development portal shows nothing without a sign-in, so a TeamSystem Enterprise project cannot be scoped from public pages. We make the partner’s access terms the first discovery deliverable, and quote the build only once they are in writing.
Our approach
- Scope. We establish which TeamSystem product and edition the Italian entity runs, who administers it, and what the partner will grant for TeamSystem Enterprise.
- Architect. We fix the exchange endpoints or the Enterprise access, the customer and order keys, the VAT and payment code table and the replay log, and write them down in English and Italian.
- Build. The service is written against sample files from Easyfatt, which Danea says even its demo version can export, and a HubSpot sandbox, with a portal allowlist from the first commit.
- Validate. We send a catalogue, download a week of won deals as orders, and reconcile products, orders and invoices with the Italian office.
- Operate. We watch every transfer, replay what failed, and retest after each Easyfatt or TeamSystem release.
Common questions
Is there a TeamSystem app in the HubSpot App Marketplace?
No. A HubSpot App Marketplace search for TeamSystem in September 2026 found no app named for it, and the result it ranked first is a generic ERP connector from another developer. The routes that work are a custom integration against the access TeamSystem or its partner grants for TeamSystem Enterprise, or Danea Easyfatt's documented XML exchange.
Is TeamSystem's integration documentation available in English?
Only in part. TeamSystem's corporate pages have English versions, but the TeamSystem Enterprise product page is in Italian, and so are Danea's specifications for Easyfatt-Xml and the e-commerce exchange. TeamSystem's development portal asks for a sign-in before it shows anything. We read the Italian specifications during discovery and confirm the rest with the TeamSystem partner.
How does TeamSystem's Danea Easyfatt receive orders from HubSpot?
Easyfatt pulls them, on the Enterprise One and Enterprise editions that carry the e-commerce exchange. Its order download calls an address you configure with an HTTP GET, optionally passing a date range and an order number range, and expects an Easyfatt-Xml file of documents in reply. Our service answers with HubSpot deals marked won, written as customer orders.
Can TeamSystem's Danea Easyfatt send its product catalogue to HubSpot?
Yes. Easyfatt posts its product list as an XML file to an address you set, either complete or holding only the products added, changed or deleted since the last send, and it expects the reply OK. A complete send means every product missing from the file should go, so we archive those HubSpot products rather than delete them.
How do we connect TeamSystem Enterprise to HubSpot?
Through the TeamSystem partner that runs it. TeamSystem's development portal sits behind a sign-in and its API reference is not public, so discovery starts by asking the partner which access they will grant and on what terms. Once that is settled, the build is the same keyed service we use for any mid-market ERP.
Which ERP should an Embyon customer connect to HubSpot?
Plan against the ERP that will hold your orders next. Embyon, which TeamSystem presented in 2018 as the evolution of the Metodo ERP, no longer appears among the ERPs TeamSystem lists, and a 2025 TeamSystem webinar, From EMBYON to TeamSystem Enterprise, called TeamSystem Enterprise the natural evolution of your system. So we settle with your TeamSystem partner when that move happens, and point the integration at TeamSystem Enterprise if it will hold the orders.
How does TeamSystem's Easyfatt avoid duplicating a customer from HubSpot?
By matching in a fixed order. Easyfatt looks for an existing customer with the same customer code, or the same web login when the order has no code, then for one with the same fiscal code, VAT number or email, and only then creates a new record. We send the Easyfatt customer code whenever HubSpot holds it, and a checked VAT number every time, so a returning customer is found.
How long does a TeamSystem and HubSpot integration take?
Budget 10 to 20 hours of discovery and 70 to 150 hours of build for customers, orders, products and invoices, with the exchange endpoints, a replay log and a reconciliation report. On TeamSystem Enterprise, discovery sits at the top of that band, because the access terms have to be agreed with the partner before the object list is fixed.

Our builds run on
How we build
- Sandbox first. We build and test in a sandbox before anything reaches production.
- Fail-closed allowlists. An integration runs only against the HubSpot accounts it is approved for.
- Least-privilege access. Each integration gets only the API scopes it needs.
- Secrets in a vault. Keys and tokens live in a secrets vault, never in plain text.
- Sensitive data scoped early. Discovery covers sensitive data, access controls and any BAA or data-processing needs.
- A compliance package for regulated industries: audit logging, field-level encryption and sensitive-data handling.
