Is there an official Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP + HubSpot integration?
No. As of September 2026 Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP has no app in the HubSpot App Marketplace, and neither does E-Business Suite; the JD Edwards connector from Commercient is built for JD Edwards. We recommend a custom API integration over the Fusion REST APIs, reading each resource on its last update date under an OAuth client, at 70 to 150 build hours. When invoices must reach HubSpot ahead of the schedule, Fusion's business events through Oracle Integration are the addition that does it.

Why teams connect Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to HubSpot
Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP usually arrives as part of a finance programme: ledgers consolidated onto one cloud suite, receivables and order management standardized, and access held tightly by the people who run the close. Sales and marketing often chose HubSpot on a separate track, and the two programmes meet the first time a seller asks why a customer with a stack of unpaid invoices is still on the renewal list.
What sellers need from Fusion is narrow. They want the customer and its account numbers, the orders in flight, and which invoices are open or past due, on the company record where they already work. Finance is right to want that flow in one direction, so Fusion stays the record of what was ordered and billed and HubSpot only reads it. Nobody in sales needs a Fusion login for that, and nobody in finance wants to issue one.
An Oracle estate is not always Fusion. Some customers still run E-Business Suite or JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, sometimes beside Fusion during a phased move, and those expose different interfaces, covered in the questions below. The HubSpot side of the design does not change with them: the same objects, the same keys on Oracle’s own ids, and the same reconciliation, which is what lets a later move to Fusion swap the reader without touching HubSpot.
What syncs
Four objects carry what sellers ask for. Customer accounts become HubSpot companies, sales orders become deals, receivables invoices land on a custom object with their open balance and due date, and items become HubSpot products.
The key needs the most care. Fusion keeps a customer party with one or more customer accounts under it. A sales order names the party as its buying party, while a receivables invoice carries the bill-to account number. So each HubSpot company is keyed on the party id and holds every account number beneath it; orders associate on the party and invoices on the account number. Keying the company on the account instead leaves orders with nowhere to land as soon as a party holds two accounts.
Invoices move one way and only once complete. Fusion marks an invoice as Complete, Incomplete or Frozen, and a seller should never see a figure finance has not committed to. Items come from one inventory organization agreed in discovery, because the items resource returns an item once for every organization it belongs to.
| | | Direction | Match key | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Customer account (receivablesCustomerAccountActivities) | Company | Into HubSpot | Customer party id, with every account number under the party stored on the company | One party can hold several accounts, and sales orders point at the party. |
| Sales order (salesOrdersForOrderHub) | Deal | Into HubSpot | HeaderId, with the order number as the readable label | The buying party id links the order to its company. |
| Receivables invoice (receivablesInvoices) | Custom object | Into HubSpot | CustomerTransactionId, with the transaction number shown to sellers | Only complete invoices are written, carrying InvoiceBalanceAmount and the due date. |
| Item (itemsV2) | Product | Into HubSpot | Item number, read from one agreed organization | The item key pairs the item with an organization, so each organization repeats it. |
Architecture
Fusion gets a watermark sync. The service holds a confidential application in the Fusion Applications identity domain and takes tokens with the client credentials grant, so no person’s password sits in the integration. For each resource it asks for records whose LastUpdateDate is later than the stored watermark, sorted on the resource’s unique id, and walks the pages until hasMore comes back false. Each resource keeps its own watermark in the service.
The HubSpot writer upserts in batches on Oracle’s ids, then a second pass associates orders to companies on the buying party and invoices on the bill-to account number. A reconciliation job compares keys and open balances per business unit every night and reports the differences instead of correcting them quietly.
Fusion can also raise business events, such as a receivables invoice being completed or paid, and deliver them to Oracle Integration. Where a client runs Oracle Integration, that event triggers an early read of the one invoice, and the scheduled read carries on behind it.

Three ways to connect
Whether the client already runs Oracle Integration shapes this choice more than anything else. Where it does, the ERP Cloud adapter can subscribe to Fusion business events and call the same REST resources, so the event half of the design can live there, with the team that owns Oracle.
Either way, the route we recommend for a first build is a custom API integration that reads the REST resources directly. It needs one confidential application and read access, and nothing else to license or run inside Oracle’s estate, which keeps the approval short.
The HubSpot App Marketplace does not offer a third way for Fusion. The JD Edwards connector from Commercient is built for JD Edwards, and no listing is named for Fusion or E-Business Suite, so a marketplace install is not an option here.

Custom API integration
RecommendedA custom API integration reads the Fusion REST resources on their LastUpdateDate under an OAuth client, pages them in a stable order and keys every record on Oracle's ids. It needs nothing from the client beyond read access and one confidential application.
-
iPaaS
PossibleOracle Integration's ERP Cloud adapter subscribes to Fusion business events and calls the same REST resources, which suits a client that already runs Oracle Integration and wants invoice events rather than a schedule.

AvoidNo app in the HubSpot App Marketplace is named for Fusion Cloud ERP or E-Business Suite, and the JD Edwards connector from Commercient is built for JD Edwards alone.
What breaks and how we prevent it
Offset pages without a sort order
Fusion collections page with limit and offset, and Oracle states that the result is not ordered unless the request sets orderBy, and that pages can shift when records change between requests. A sync that pages an invoice window without a sort skips some rows and repeats others. We sort on the unique id and page by key inside each watermark window.
Account activity capped at ninety days
The customer account activity finder only considers transactions within ninety days of their transaction date unless told otherwise, so an overdue invoice from last spring drops out of the balance. We read invoices from the receivables invoices resource by their own dates, and set the day limit explicitly wherever the finder is used.
Incomplete invoices shown as real
An incomplete receivables invoice can still change before finance completes it. Writing one to HubSpot puts a number in front of a seller that nobody has committed to. We write complete invoices only and pick the others up when their status changes.
An item row for every organization
The items resource keys an item on the item and the organization together, so a part assigned to several inventory organizations comes back once per organization. A product sync that upserts every row creates duplicates or overwrites prices. We read from one agreed organization and key products on the item number.
Updates that reach test first
The test environment included with a Fusion subscription exists partly to validate maintenance updates before the same maintenance reaches production. We run the integration’s checks there in that window, so a changed resource surfaces in test rather than in a seller’s pipeline.
Our approach
- Scope. We confirm which Oracle ERP runs, which business units and organizations matter, and whether Oracle Integration is already licensed.
- Architect. We fix the party key, the watermark and sort per resource, the invoice status rule and the item organization, and agree the security roles the integration needs.
- Build. We build against the test environment, and the service refuses any Fusion host or HubSpot portal that is not on its allowlist.
- Validate. We reconcile customers and open receivables per business unit against a Fusion report, and prove the paging with a window that changes mid read.
- Operate. Cutover switches the host and the OAuth client. We watch run history, re-run the checks whenever a maintenance update lands in test, and adjust the mapping when finance changes a setup.
Common questions
Is there an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP connector in the HubSpot App Marketplace?
No. Marketplace searches for Oracle and Oracle Fusion return apps that only mention the word in their descriptions, and a search for E-Business Suite finds nothing named for it. Apart from NetSuite, which HubSpot connects itself, the only Oracle ERP with an app named for it is JD Edwards, through a connector from Commercient. A Fusion integration therefore starts from Oracle's REST APIs.
How does an integration authenticate against Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP?
Fusion REST APIs accept basic authentication over SSL, a SAML 2.0 bearer token, a JWT, or OAuth 2.0 through the Fusion Applications identity domain. For a service with no person behind it, Oracle documents a confidential application using the client credentials grant, the 2-legged flow. We use that, with the security roles agreed in discovery, so no individual's password sits in the integration.
Does Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP send an event when an invoice is paid?
Yes, to Oracle Integration. Fusion publishes business events such as Receivables Invoice Completed and Receivables Invoice Paid, some of them delivered disabled until the ERP Business Events REST resource enables them. Oracle Integration's ERP Cloud adapter subscribes, and Fusion calls the integration's endpoint when one fires. If a subscribed integration is deactivated, its events are resent when it is reactivated within six hours.
How fresh is Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP data once it reaches HubSpot?
As fresh as the polling interval agreed in discovery, because the recommended build reads each resource for records updated since its last run. Where Oracle Integration is in place, an invoice event can trigger an early read of that one invoice, so a payment can show before the next scheduled read. A nightly reconciliation catches whatever both paths missed.
What happens when an Oracle Fusion sync fails halfway through a run?
Nothing needs cleaning up. Every record is upserted on Oracle's own id, the CustomerTransactionId for an invoice and the HeaderId for an order, so rerunning a window updates the same HubSpot records instead of adding new ones. The watermark only moves once a whole window is written, and associations run as a separate pass, so the failed run is replayed from its start.
Can the same approach connect Oracle E-Business Suite to HubSpot?
Yes, with a different Oracle side. E-Business Suite exposes its integration interfaces through Integrated SOA Gateway, which turns interfaces published in the Integration Repository into SOAP or REST services. REST services deploy directly to the E-Business Suite WebLogic environment, while SOAP services need Oracle SOA Suite. Discovery starts by finding which interfaces the E-Business Suite team has deployed or will deploy.
How does JD Edwards EnterpriseOne connect to HubSpot?
Two ways. The HubSpot App Marketplace lists JD Edwards SYNC, Data Lake, AI, MCP by Commercient, a third-party app built for it. A custom build goes through the AIS Server REST API instead, whose data service queries tables and views, whose form service runs application forms, and whose orchestrator service runs the orchestrations your team has built. Which of those your release and security allow decides the design.
How many hours does an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HubSpot integration take?
Plan on 10 to 20 hours of discovery and 70 to 150 hours of build for customer accounts, orders, invoices and items, with watermarks, keyed paging and reconciliation. Discovery spends most of its time on the party and account model, the business units in scope, and whether Oracle Integration is already there to carry events.

Our builds run on
How we build
- Sandbox first. We build and test in a sandbox before anything reaches production.
- Fail-closed allowlists. An integration runs only against the HubSpot accounts it is approved for.
- Least-privilege access. Each integration gets only the API scopes it needs.
- Secrets in a vault. Keys and tokens live in a secrets vault, never in plain text.
- Sensitive data scoped early. Discovery covers sensitive data, access controls and any BAA or data-processing needs.
- A compliance package for regulated industries: audit logging, field-level encryption and sensitive-data handling.
