Is there an official JobTread + HubSpot integration?
No. Neither HubSpot nor JobTread publishes a JobTread integration for HubSpot, and the HubSpot App Marketplace lists no JobTread app as of September 2026. We recommend a custom API integration driven by JobTread's webhooks, at 70 to 150 build hours. JobTread's own Zapier route suits a single new-lead handoff, and it stops being enough once approved orders and invoices have to reach HubSpot.

Why teams connect JobTread to HubSpot
JobTread is built for the contractor who estimates carefully. A remodeler or custom builder uses it to take off quantities, price the job from a cost catalogue, send a proposal the client signs online, and then run the budget, the purchase orders and the invoices against that same estimate. It also carries a lead pipeline of its own, with web-to-lead forms, leads tracked by status on kanban boards, and follow-up tasks for the sales team.
Teams add HubSpot when their marketing outgrows that pipeline. A design-build firm running paid search, a home show calendar and email nurture for clients a year away from signing needs campaign attribution, sequences and a website that recognizes a returning visitor. JobTread cannot say which of those campaigns produced a signed customer order, and HubSpot cannot see the order at all.
The join sits at two moments. A qualified lead has to become a customer, a location and a job in JobTread without anyone retyping it, and a signed order and its invoices have to come back so HubSpot can report revenue by source. JobTread calls itself an API first company and publishes an open API for exactly this, in a query language of its own that shapes the whole build.
What syncs
Five records carry it. JobTread accounts of the customer type become HubSpot companies and their contacts become HubSpot contacts. Accounts include vendors too, so every read filters on type, or subcontractors end up on a marketing list. The contact type in JobTread’s schema has no email or phone field, so those details come from the contact’s custom field values, read by field.
The job becomes the deal. A JobTread job exists from the first estimate, holds the budget, and carries the documents that price it, so it is the pursuit before the sale and the project after it. The deal amount is the sum of approved customer orders on the job, the same query JobTread’s documentation publishes as an example, and the first approval moves the deal to closed won. Later approvals raise that sum rather than opening new deals. Customer invoices land on a custom object associated to the deal, and pending ones read as the open balance.
Keys are JobTread ids held in custom HubSpot properties. Names and job numbers are for people to read.
| | | Direction | Match key | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Account | Company | Two way | JobTread account id in a custom HubSpot property | Accounts cover customers and vendors, so every read filters on type. |
| Contact | Contact | Two way | JobTread contact id, with email read from a custom field value | The contact type in JobTread's schema has no email field of its own. |
| Job | Deal | Two way | JobTread job id stored on the deal | A job exists from the first estimate, so it is the pursuit and later the project. |
| Customer order | Deal | Into HubSpot | Job id, with approved orders summed into the deal amount | JobTread's documentation publishes the sum query this uses. |
| Customer invoice | Custom object | Into HubSpot | JobTread document id, associated to the deal | Pending invoices read as the open balance on the account. |
Architecture
The runtime is a webhook queue, and here the queue is the only way to see edits. JobTread’s schema records when accounts, contacts, jobs, documents and locations were created, but gives them no updated timestamp, so a poll can find new records and cannot find changed ones.
JobTread posts an event to our endpoint for each type we subscribe to, such as account, contact, job and document updates and new payments. The endpoint acknowledges at once and queues the event. A consumer reads the full record by id through the single Pave endpoint, asking only for the fields the mapping uses, and upserts into HubSpot on the JobTread id, with a link store holding each pair of ids.
The other direction starts in HubSpot. When a deal reaches the stage the sales team agrees on, a workflow calls the service, which creates the account, the contact, the location and the job in JobTread in that order, because each call needs the id the previous one returned. A nightly pass re-reads open jobs and their documents and compares them with HubSpot.

Three ways to connect
The deciding question is how much has to move after the handoff. JobTread’s own Zapier integration, which names HubSpot among its CRM pairings, is a sound way to create a JobTread customer from a new HubSpot lead, and some firms need nothing more. Once approvals, amounts and invoices have to reach HubSpot, the flow needs webhooks, a link between ids and a way to recover a missed event. That is a service we build and run, since no app in the HubSpot App Marketplace offers a shortcut for JobTread.
The cost of choosing wrong runs in one direction. A Zapier flow that grows a second and third zap to chase edits ends up as an unowned integration with no reconciliation, and replacing it later means untangling duplicates first.

Custom API integration
RecommendedJobTread's webhooks cover accounts, contacts, jobs, documents and payments, and its query language returns exactly the fields a mapping needs, so a keyed service can hand leads over and bring orders and invoices back.

iPaaS
PossibleJobTread documents a Zapier integration and names HubSpot among its CRM pairings. Zapier suits creating a JobTread customer from a new HubSpot lead, and its cost rises with usage, as JobTread's own Zapier page notes.

What breaks and how we prevent it
No updated timestamp to poll on
A sync that polls for recent changes finds new jobs and silently misses edited ones, because JobTread’s core records carry a created timestamp only. We make the webhook stream the change feed, and a nightly reconciliation of open jobs catches, within a day, any event that never arrived.
Grant keys lapsing when idle
JobTread expires a grant key after three months without use. A staging integration left idle over a quiet season comes back to authorization errors on the day someone needs it. We give each environment its own grant, record its last use, and warn well before an idle grant would lapse.
Email kept in custom fields
A JobTread contact has no email property of its own, only custom field values. A mapping that looks for an email field finds nothing and creates duplicate HubSpot contacts. We resolve the custom field ids when the service starts and fail the run if a field the mapping needs has been renamed.
Vendors in the customer list
Accounts cover customers and vendors alike. An unfiltered read sends subcontractors and suppliers into HubSpot as companies. Every query filters on type, and the reconciliation report counts both types so a leak shows at once.
Our approach
- Scope. We list the custom fields on accounts, contacts and jobs, the document types and statuses in use, and the deal stage that should create a job.
- Architect. Jobs as deals, approved orders summed into the amount, invoices on a custom object, JobTread ids as keys, and the event types we subscribe to.
- Build. JobTread publishes no sandbox, so the service is written against test records in a JobTread organization we agree with you, with the API’s notify input set to false so test writes alert nobody. The HubSpot side is a sandbox behind a portal allowlist that fails closed.
- Validate. We reconcile a backfill of recent jobs for counts and amounts, and run one lead end to end to prove it creates exactly one customer, contact, location and job.
- Operate. We watch the error JobTread records on each webhook, grant key age and the nightly reconciliation, and replay the queue after an outage.
Common questions
Is there a HubSpot app for JobTread?
No. The HubSpot App Marketplace lists no app named for JobTread as of September 2026, and JobTread's own directory of built-in and partner integrations names no HubSpot connector. JobTread does document Zapier, and lists HubSpot among the CRMs it pairs with there, which covers a simple handoff of new leads.
What is Pave in the JobTread API?
Pave is JobTread's own query language, which JobTread describes as similar to GraphQL. Every request is a POST to one endpoint, inputs sit under a dollar key, and you name the fields you want back, including the id of every object. It is not GraphQL, so GraphQL client libraries do not apply.
How does a JobTread integration authenticate?
With a grant. You create one on JobTread's grant management page, copy the grant key the one time it is shown, and send it inside each query rather than in a header. A grant key expires after three months of inactivity, so each environment gets its own and an idle one is watched.
Can JobTread tell HubSpot when a customer approves a proposal?
Yes, through a document update event. The service reads the document, and when an approved customer order appears on a job, it moves the linked deal to closed won and resets the amount to the sum of approved customer orders on that job. Later approvals on the same job raise the amount rather than opening new deals.
Why can a JobTread sync not simply poll for recent changes?
JobTread's schema gives accounts, contacts, jobs, documents and locations a created timestamp but no updated one. A poll can find new records and cannot find edited ones, so the webhook stream is the change feed, and a nightly pass re-reads open jobs to catch any event that never arrived.
What are the JobTread API rate limits?
JobTread's documentation confirms that every grant key may only make a certain number of requests in a given time frame, and it does not publish the number. We keep calls serial per grant, fetch nested fields in one query instead of many small ones, and back off when the limit answers.
What does a JobTread and HubSpot integration take in hours?
Allow 10 to 20 hours of discovery and 70 to 150 hours of build for accounts, contacts, jobs, customer orders and invoices, with webhook ingest, a link store and nightly reconciliation. Most of discovery goes on custom fields and document statuses, which differ from one JobTread organization to the next.

How we build
- Sandbox first. We build and test in a sandbox before anything reaches production.
- Fail-closed allowlists. An integration runs only against the HubSpot accounts it is approved for.
- Least-privilege access. Each integration gets only the API scopes it needs.
- Secrets in a vault. Keys and tokens live in a secrets vault, never in plain text.
- Sensitive data scoped early. Discovery covers sensitive data, access controls and any BAA or data-processing needs.
- A compliance package for regulated industries: audit logging, field-level encryption and sensitive-data handling.
