It stops being enough once a won deal has to create an order in ProcessPro or order status has to arrive within minutes.",

  "faqs": [
    {
      "q": "Is there a ProcessPro connector in the HubSpot marketplace?",
      "a": "No. A search for ProcessPro returns 477 listings, none of which carries its name. Neither Aptean nor HubSpot publishes a ProcessPro app, and Aptean's own product page lists none. The working route reads the ProcessPro database on a schedule and writes HubSpot records keyed on ProcessPro identifiers."
    },
    {
      "q": "Who owns ProcessPro now?",
      "a": "Aptean. It sells the product as Aptean Process Manufacturing ERP, ProcessPro Edition, aimed at chemical, nutraceutical and cannabis manufacturers, and its datasheet describes it as built on .NET, SOA and SQL Server. That last detail matters for HubSpot: a SQL Server database is exactly what a managed sync reads well, which is why a build is rarely the first answer here."
    },
    {
      "q": "Can a ProcessPro sync run without opening SQL Server to the internet?",
      "a": "Yes. Skyvia's agent runs on a computer that can reach both the internet and the database server, and it carries data to Skyvia encrypted without a dedicated external IP or port. In the agent with alias mode, the connection details stay in a file on that computer and are never sent to Skyvia, which suits manufacturers with strict IT policies."
    },
    {
      "q": "What if Aptean hosts our ProcessPro database?",
      "a": "Then the read path has to come from Aptean. Discovery asks for a read-only login, a replica or a scheduled extract, and the answer decides the route. With read access the managed sync works as it does on premises. Without it, a service we build loads whatever extract Aptean will schedule, which moves the effort into the custom band."
    },
    {
      "q": "How does a ProcessPro sync avoid duplicate HubSpot companies?",
      "a": "Every company carries its ProcessPro customer ID in a unique HubSpot property. The Skyvia import looks up the HubSpot record by that ID and updates it, and a lookup that finds no match returns null, which makes the same step insert a new company instead. A rerun of the whole package therefore updates records rather than creating a second set."
    },
    {
      "q": "Should ProcessPro lot records and certificates of analysis reach HubSpot?",
      "a": "No. ProcessPro holds lot genealogy, quality tests and certificates of analysis alongside the e-signatures, approvals and audit trails that support FDA compliance. A copy in HubSpot would have none of those controls. A rep needs order status, invoice status and what the account buys, and those arrive without a single lot record leaving ProcessPro."
    },
    {
      "q": "What does a ProcessPro managed sync take to stand up?",
      "a": "Budget 4 to 8 hours of discovery and 15 to 30 hours to build and test the packages, once a read-only login exists and the agent is installed. The variable is the schema: ProcessPro does not publish one, so discovery pairs us with whoever administers the system to confirm which tables hold customers, orders and invoices."
