      "a": "No. A marketplace search for BatchMaster returns thirty listings, none of them named for it. BatchMaster's own knowledge base lists connectors for finance packages, e-commerce, EDI, tax and payments, and none for an outside CRM. Any HubSpot connection is therefore a build, either by us or by BatchMaster, which already writes connectors of its own."

Using it for HubSpot depends on BatchMaster sharing that reference and a service account during discovery."

We put the lot numbers a shipment contained on the shipment object as reference text, one way, so a rep can answer a customer without HubSpot becoming a second traceability system."

      "a": "As fresh as the export schedule agreed with BatchMaster. Its own integration services can run anywhere from once a minute to once a year, so the limit is load on the system rather than the tooling. A sensible start is hourly for orders and nightly for invoices, which keeps order status current for sellers without a heavy export during production hours."

      "a": "Nothing is written twice. The load service hashes every file, so a repeated drop is skipped, and each record upserts on its BatchMaster key, so running it again changes existing records instead of adding new ones. A file whose columns do not match the agreed contract stops the run with an alert, and rows that fail validation wait in quarantine with a reason until the source is fixed."
