AgileConnect installs from a link Agile sends once your order is set up: a HubSpot admin authenticates it, picks the account and connects it, and it then appears under Connected Apps as AgileConnect V2. Questions about its jobs go to your Agile account manager and Agile's integrations team."

      "a": "Weekly for the data itself: one weekly job matches every company and contact, another updates every Agile property, and you choose the day the sync runs. On the other weekday nights, a match job picks up unmatched records created or changed since, so a web form contact gets its Agile properties on the next weeknight run. A failed job retries three times before Agile's team is alerted."

To use an Agile value in a standard field, such as Agile's email address when yours bounces, a HubSpot workflow copies it across on your terms."

Where two companies already share a UID, Agile treats them as duplicates, and we merge them."
