HubSpot integration cost calculator
Choose the systems, the records that move and which way each one goes. The summary shows the shape of the build as you go, and we email you the price.
How pricing works
Per object, by direction
Every integration is priced per object and per direction. An object is one type of record, such as contacts, deals or a custom object, and each is priced one-way or two-way. There are no field limits: the price covers every standard and custom field on the object. Middleware on an iPaaS and a custom API integration are priced the same way.
Discovery comes first
Work starts with a two-week technical discovery at a fixed fee. Sign the build within 30 days of the discovery readout and the fee is credited against it. The report and the field mapping are yours either way.
Included in every build
Training, knowledge transfer, SOPs and documentation are part of every build, not an add-on. Every go-live carries a 30-day warranty, and the first month of continuity is free.
After launch
From day 31, the integration runs under managed continuity on one of three tiers, billed monthly, or on your own servers after a one-time deployment, with support by the hour when you want it.
Add-ons and changes
Add-ons such as a health dashboard or a historical backfill are scoped in discovery and quoted with the build. Work outside the agreed scope is a change order, billed by the hour. Every price is in US dollars.
Common questions
Why is the price emailed rather than shown on the page?
A figure on a screen gets read without the assumptions under it. The priced estimate arrives as a short statement of work: each object and its direction, what the build includes and what is left to discovery, so it can go straight to whoever signs. It usually lands within one business day.
What counts as one object in the estimate?
One type of record that moves between HubSpot and your system, such as contacts, deals, invoices or a single custom object. Every field on it is included, standard or custom, however many there are. Three custom objects count as three objects.
Does a two-way sync cost more than a one-way sync?
Yes, a two-way object is priced higher than a one-way object. When both systems can change a record, the build needs rules for which side wins and guards against loops. It also takes longer: a one-way build usually goes live around week 6 after discovery, and a two-way build around week 8.
What happens after the integration goes live?
A 30-day warranty starts at go-live, and continuity is free for that first month. From day 31 the integration runs under managed continuity on the tier you chose, billed monthly, or on your own servers after a one-time deployment, with support by the hour when you want it.
Does choosing an iPaaS or a custom API change the price?
No. Both are priced per object and direction. On an iPaaS such as Make, Workato, Celigo, n8n or Zapier, you also pay the platform’s subscription to its vendor. A custom API integration gives you an owned codebase instead.
Is discovery charged if we do not go ahead with the build?
Yes. Discovery is a fixed fee, paid at signature, and the report and the field mapping are yours to keep. If you sign the build within 30 days of the readout, the fee is credited against it.

Our builds run on
How we build
- Sandbox first. We build and test in a sandbox before anything reaches production.
- Fail-closed allowlists. An integration runs only against the HubSpot accounts it is approved for.
- Least-privilege access. Each integration gets only the API scopes it needs.
- Secrets in a vault. Keys and tokens live in a secrets vault, never in plain text.
- Sensitive data scoped early. Discovery covers sensitive data, access controls and any BAA or data-processing needs.
- A compliance package for regulated industries: audit logging, field-level encryption and sensitive-data handling.
Rather describe it in words?
Send the systems, the direction and the record volume. We reply with a scope and an effort band within one business day.
Thanks, we will reply within one business day
Prash or Sean reads every one of these and comes back with a scope, or with the one question we need answered first.
